The best type of Detox for a Guardian is WARM LIQUIDS AND BROTHS. Delicious, aromatic warm meals with as many herbal teas in between! This allows you to get the nutrients you need and release stored energy at the same time as reducing the workload for your body.
The best type of Detox for the Diplomat is fruit and vegetable salads, especially green leafy vegetables! This gives your body a break and removes anything that happens to be fermenting in your intestines while the magnesium from those leafies helps soothe and support your gut.
