HOW TO EAT

Connect food with success!
Food is not only nourishing but can also be a source of so much delicious joy! So why ruin it with diets or restrictive plans? All you need to know is what is ideal for YOUR body then you can choose just how healthy adn energized you want to be!
Here are a few tips...
- Eating poorly will lower your mood and self-confidence, resulting in you being less thoughtful of other people’s feelings and less focussed in everyday life.
- Avoid stimulants in the morning and at lunch as they are likely to drain your energy rather than increase it.
- You will eat whenever during the day and in correspondence to temperature - hunger strikes when it is colder, however you will benefit from eating more in the morning and smaller portions in the evening. It is best for you to have a non-sugary meal no later than 7pm.
