Here are a few tips...
- Eating poorly will lower your mood and self-confidence, resulting in you being less thoughtful of other people’s feelings and less focussed in everyday life.
- Avoid stimulants in the morning and at lunch as they are likely to drain your energy rather than increase it.
- You will eat whenever during the day and in correspondence to temperature - hunger strikes when it is colder, however you will benefit from eating more in the morning and smaller portions in the evening. It is best for you to have a non-sugary meal no later than 7pm.
